Manorway Rentals is a product line of Manor Way Group, the company behind Manorway — the AI-assisted governance platform for HOA and condo boards.

We started Manorway because community boards across the country were drowning in paperwork while paying property management companies thousands a month for service that was often slow, opaque, and indifferent. We built software that let volunteer boards run their communities directly, with AI doing the routine work and licensed humans doing the judgment calls.

Manorway Rentals is the same playbook for the other half of residential real estate: the millions of small landlords who own a single-family rental, a duplex, or a fourplex and have been served almost as badly. They juggle Excel and Zelle, Google "is this notice valid in my state," and answer 9pm phone calls about a leaking water heater.
