Who we are
Manorway Rentals is a product of Manor Way Group ("we", "us", "our"), a Washington-state company. We provide AI-assisted property management software for small landlords. Contact: hello@manorwayrentals.com.
What we collect
From landlords: name, email, phone, billing information, and the property and tenant data you upload or enter into the platform. From tenants (accessing the tenant portal): name, email, phone, lease details, payment information, and any maintenance requests or messages you submit.
We also collect basic web analytics: page views, referrer, browser type. We do not collect precise location data.
How we use it
- To operate the platform on your behalf — drafting communications, processing payments, dispatching maintenance.
- To improve the product through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
- To send service emails (account, billing, security).
- To send product updates and newsletters — only if you opt in.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your data to train any AI model.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not allow tenants to see other tenants' data, or landlords to see other landlords' rentals.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform — payment processors (Stripe), screening providers (when you initiate a screening), email delivery (Resend), and infrastructure (AWS, Supabase). Each has its own privacy commitments and we contractually limit their use of your data to delivering the service.
We will disclose data if compelled by valid legal process. We will tell you (unless legally prohibited) before doing so.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing privacy@manorwayrentals.com. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia residents have additional rights under state law; we honor them for all users regardless of state.
Retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. After you close your account, we keep the data for 90 days (to support a re-open) and then delete it, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records for 7 years).
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will notify you by email and post a notice on this page. Trivial clarifications happen quietly with an updated "last updated" date.
