AI drafts. You decide.
The trust model behind Manorway Rentals — built so landlords can rely on AI without ever losing control of the decisions that matter.
AI drafts, humans decide.
Every notice, lease, work-order dispatch, rent reminder, and tenant message starts as an AI draft. None of it goes out until you tap approve. The AI is a typist and a researcher, not a decision-maker.
Every action is logged.
Each draft shows you the prompt, the source material the AI used, what it produced, your approval, and what was sent. If anything is ever questioned by a tenant or in court, the record is complete and dated.
Compliance is enforced in the draft.
Lena reviews every outbound communication for fair housing risk and state landlord-tenant law compliance before you ever see the draft. If a phrase could be read as discriminatory or if a notice period is wrong, you see the flag, not the bad draft.
Data minimization by role.
Each co-pilot only sees the data it needs. Owen sees the rent ledger. Lena sees compliance context. Diego sees work orders and vendor lists. Mira sees lease terms and tenant contact info. Cross-domain access is limited and logged.
You can turn any agent off.
Do not want Diego dispatching vendors automatically? Switch him to "draft only" mode. Want all tenant communications to come from you directly? Disable Mira on outbound. The platform respects your preferences.
We do not train on your data.
Your tenant data, lease text, screening reports, and operational history are not used to train any AI model. The AI uses your data to do your work — that is it.
What AI does NOT do
- Sign a lease on your behalf
- Initiate an eviction
- Move money out of your accounts
- Reject an application without your review
- Make legal determinations (Lena cites the law; she does not practice it)
- Talk to your tenants without your prior approval of the message
